I’m frequently asked how often I wipe my nib off while I’m working & the truth is that I wipe it off every time I re-dip. Keeping a clean nib really helps me maintain my fine hairlines & avoid ink blobs. - Another secret? Within the last year I was introduced to a nib cleaner & while at first I was skeptical that it would even make a difference, I quickly realized that it did definitely serve a huge purpose. Especially when I’m working with highly pigmented inks like metallics or white, it really helps keep the nib super clean and my work looking just as good on envelope 200 as it did in envelope 1. - I love it so much that we started carrying in our shop along with ink thickener, my preferred black & white inks & a full range of other colors...some exclusive to the LHC shop! You can find these in our sets of 3 or 6 inks.
