I wake up with achey lower back pain every morning and pretty much feel it every time I lay down. Someone told me it could be my kidneys and to start acupuncture and change my diet (um story of my life)?! I'm wondering if all this is linked to my migraines too. Not sure. Ugh. Roughest season of my life you guys. In so many ways. Hoping things will turn around soon + some self care is in my future. ::::: On a positive note!
