There are moments at weddings where I feel I shouldn’t be there, sometimes it just feels to private, too real. This was one of those moments. After the ceremony was over and everyone had left Meg and Giles took a moment to honor those that are no longer with them. It was emotional and raw and unplanned. From afar I decided this needed to be remembered. Because this, and all of the other photos in this post, encapsulate just how much love Meg and Giles have among them. It poured out of them so immensely during every second of the day. So much care for those around them, and for each other. The other photos were taken while their guests warmed their rings and prayed over them- a beautiful tradition I’d love to see more often. // I learned a bit more about being a good human this day.
