BEAUTIFUL DESTINATIONS

F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote in his famed novel, “The Great Gatsby,” “Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall.” Trees burn up into bright colors and subsequently shed their layered hues — memories — from the previous year. Time starts to slow as Mother Nature begins to roll over to prepare for her winter slumber. We seem to grow more patient as the whirl of summer from internal clocks begins to wind down. We wait for the water to boil for tea, we take long strolls after dinner, winding drives on the weekends.
