What's the biggest lesson you've learnt this year? Mine has been about overcoming self-doubt and just bloomin' getting on with it. I've done a few really big projects this year (and I'm hopefully about to start another - yay!) and everytime I get that nervous pit in my stomach, I initially feel overwhelmed and I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do it or if I should say yes to it. But here's the thing - putting things off and saying no is really just about being afraid. "But what if things all go wrong?" "But what if I can't do it?" "But what if people don't like it?" This year I've learnt to flip those negative thoughts on their head, push through and make some of the biggest and scariest but also best and most business-changing decisions of my career. What if it all goes wrong? Well, my dear, what if it all goes RIGHT!?
