She designed a life she loved. These words hang on the wall in our studio & serve as a constant reminder of what we’re working for day-in & day-out & part of that ongoing journey has been building a support team that I can count on & trust implicitly with the business, even in my absence. For over a decade I could never truly “turn off” even while on vacation, but this past week, with Alyssa & Caroline holding down the fort at the studio, and an intentionally scheduled break in my personal workload on the calendar, I’ve been able to be fully present in my time off with my husband & friends. - If you’re anything like I was and struggle to let go of any control on day-to-day tasks, communication, etc, just know that the other side feels so, so good whenever you’re ready for it!!
