Thought of the day: There needs to be a medium place greeting. Like when you meet someone and it's not a formal enough encounter for a handshake but you also don't know them well enough for a hug. I've had so many embarrassing moments where I've judged it wrong and made a tit of myself. Elbow graze? Fist bump? Butt pat? Anyone got any other genius ideas?
