Happy Saturday. It’s hard to be happy these days. We had 3 beautiful weddings planned today. All will be beautiful next year and today I get to spread some flower joy to one of our brides who is still tying the knot today and celebrating later. But it’s hard to be happy these days. With #coronavirus still looming throughout the country affecting us all in ways we never could have imagined, what happened to #georgefloyd is a stark reminder of the social injustices that continue to perpetuate in our country. It’s hard to be happy these days but I stand for equality. Always have always will.
