Festival Brides

Take us there now ❤️. We would love nothing more than to be transported to this place right now with our favourite people + to just sit, talk, hug, dance, laugh + cry, all within a space that is under 2ms!! We're craving this release + physical human contact from friends + family more than ever tonight. ⠀⠀⠀ We are still finding it very hard to articulate how we are feeling about what is happening in America + the deep rooted racism that still bleeds through so many countries. Too many countries. We've always tried to avoid using our little corner of the wedding industry for anything political because we want Festival Brides to be a refreshing break from all of that. But this time is different. We have to stand up to racism. I don't want my children to grow up in a world like this. We have to educate ourselves as to why this happening, to learn about white privalage, to understand why racism is still so prominent in our culture + others. We have to do this work so we can educate our children and break this cycle. I've spent most of this evening looking into ways I can make a change and we'll be sharing them tomorrow. But for now, dream with me about escaping the overwhelming evil in the world to this beautiful tipi in the mountains.
