Immaculate vintage 1990s ivory simulated pearl choker by Lotus. This beautiful piece comprises 3 strands of lustrous ivory pearls which support a central oval halo pendant with central pearl cabochon and faux seed pearls. The pearls are set in a 22ct gold plated setting. The choker measures a total
