On their fifth wedding anniversary, Gisele Bundchen decided to share her love for husband Tom Brady with an intimate throwback photo.

Bundchen posted a gorgeous shot from her wedding day in 2009 on Instagram Wednesday (Feb. 26) to celebrate five years of wedded bliss to her quarterback hubby. In the black-and-white photo, Brady can be seen kissing his supermodel bride on the nose as she stands holding a bouquet with a flower in her hair.

"Happy anniversary my love. Te amo! #wedding #2009," she wrote.

The two married in a private ceremony at St. Monica Catholic Church in Santa Monica, Calif., just weeks after getting engaged. Afterward, they had a small party at their Brentwood home.
