Cool Southwest Style Wedding Inspiration

Cool Southwest Style Wedding Inspiration

via

We like to think of ourselves as wedding trend spotters here at BM HQ. Mason jars, tassel garlands, ditching the chair covers? We saw all of that coming!

And if there's one trend that's starting to take off for 2015, it's all things Southwest!

And this shoot, by a talented team of Sarah Hill Photography, Mallory Dee Designs on flowers, and Kaitlin Chad of The Every Hostess on event design, shows us just why this cool boho trend is making it big.

Mexican style textiles, turquoise and silver jewels, craft paper and calligraphy, and straw baskets and rustic bakes, all give this shoot a beautiful eclectic feel.

As for the fabulous blooms, amaryllis and succulents add the perfect blend of an exotic burst of colour with an earthy desert twist.

Cool braids and cowboy boots? This is the kind of trend we can embrace!

From The Floral Stylist

We wanted to incorporate all types of textures, colors and inspiration of the Southwest. Lone Hawk Farm in the fall was the perfect destination for a backdrop of beautiful apple trees and golden leaves. From the Saltillo Serape tablecloth to turquoise jewels adorning the bride, there was a warmth created by each detail.

Isn't it cool? How gorgeous are the succulents in the bride's hair? I love the elegant Hayley Paige dress with the earthy turquoise jewels, such a nice contrast!

Thanks so much to Sarah Hill Photography, Mallory Dee Designs and The Every Hostess, for sharing this eclectic wedding inspiration with us.

Be inspired for your own big day with more styled shoots.
