It's such an easy-to-make cake topper, you just should choose any shape of a craft paper puncher and start to create! For this project you will need cardstock paper, craft paper puncher of desired shape, PVA glue and skewer or toothpick. First you should use paper puncher to cut shapes from cardstock pieces. Then begin to lay out shape of cake topper in a row, dip end of skewer in glue and dab to overlapping pieces. Use the opposite end to clean up any exposed glue. After the long belt is finished, pull ends together in a ring and glue, use clothespins to hold in place while glue dries.
