Emergency Prep: First Aid: Bleeding. To make a tourniquet: wrap area, tie knot, place stick/pen etc., tie another knot on top, twist. This is helpful if you can't stop bleeding. Only to be used as last resort because it might result in the loss of a limb due to circulation loss.
