Here is a gorgeous Solid sterling silver trilogy ring which has a large genuine aquamarine and two smaller genuine white sapphires set as well as 5 small sapphires set in each side of the band. The two smaller sapphires measure 4mm in diameter, and the large aquamarine measures 7mm in diameter (large stone is 1.25ct) The gems I use are of high VVS clarity and are round brilliant cut.
