Seriously, can we all just SPREAD THE LOVE!? The online world can feel like such a nasty place sometimes and I don't know about you, but I feel like 2019 has stepped it the fuck UP with its snowflake-ness. Look baby, we are all trying our best here. We don't always get it right. We all make mistakes, but this cancelling/calling out culture needs to stop. It does not make you a better person by loudly shaming someone else. The virtue signalling I see every damn day on this platform is not helping anyone, IT'S FUCKING EXHAUSTING. Let's focus our energy on fighting people who are actually racist/transphobic/nazi pieces of shit who don't care about climate change or the environment or basic human rights, not the girls and guys who are actually really trying their best to be better or make a difference. It's so discouraging to read comments like "You're not doing that right!" "Your terminology is offensive!" "You should really go vegan if you care about your cats!" every damn day. For the most part I think that everyone I follow online is really just doing their best to be more understanding, more eco-concious and more accepting of people's differences. I know I am so let's cut each other some slack. Please. Mkay?
