2019 was a very difficult year for so many reasons, some things I've shared but many I haven't. A lot of the time I've felt like I was standing on the edge of a cliff, just waiting for one more shitty thing to happen and push me over the edge. I feel embarrassed to admit that at times I've wondered if I could even get out of bed some days. I genuinely don't think I would have got through this year with some of the truly amazing people around me. You know who you are and I love you so much. My goal for 2020 is to keep going. To keep surviving. To keep looking on the bright side. To keep fighting. To keep winning. To travel. To create. To live my fucking life. When shit happens it can be hard to remember who you are beneath it all. Today I want to remind you (and myself!) that you are strong, that you are a fighter, that you are a fucking powerful survivor and that you have so much value to offer the world. You can do whatever you put your mind to. I believe in you and I believe in me.
