“All I need is hugs and kisses and I’ll be alright.” The actual words that came out of my mouth from our first argument. It was our first trip together and it was 16-days of camping! Just the dirt road, lots of hiking, jumping into rivers, sleeping outside, and deep conversations on a converted camper bus full of 36 other strangers. It was a trip of lifetime and we’ve been glued to the hip since then. After almost 20 years later, my Valentine still knows how to calm all my nerves. Hugs and kisses.
