In preparation for the Fashion Weeks ahead, we're talking to some of our favorite writers, editors, photographers and fashion authorities about how they prepare for and survive the bustle of Fashion Week streets, parties and runways. We were lucky enough to grab a moment with SELF Fashion Director Melissa Ventosa Martin.

It's hard not to be a fan of everything Melissa McCarthy does, but her husband might want to skip out on this segment. While playing " Random Picture Word Association" with Jimmy Fallon, a game where you blurt out a word to match whatever picture pops up, McCarthy's answers seemed to have a theme.
