I'm pretty sure taking engagement photos in Los Angeles without visiting the beach would be a crime-we definitely did not want to miss the opportunity to walk along the shore and the pier with our paparazzo in tow. I think you can tell that we had loosened up a bit by this point in the day.

It's a natural given that any engagement session involving Melvin Gilbert Photography , a pier, and two sweeties waiting for the walk down the aisle to be absolutely marvelous. These two lovebirds had a little hand from the heavens above and mutual friends in joining as one.

Tina and Dave were married at The Grand Pier, Weston Super Mare. Their wedding was a colourful mix of all the things they love. "Tina and I met in the summer of 2010 on a booze cruise organised by our workplace", wrote Dave. "She arrived with her pink hair in curls wearing a 50s polka dot dress, tattoo print shoes and red lipstick. I fell in love that night."

Charlotte and Leo, originally from Brighton but currently living in Liverpool, knew they wanted to marry in the city where they met. So they planned their wedding from afar and booked out an entire guest house right on the sea front to accommodate their guests! A Room with a View has nine guest rooms and was the perfect place for everyone to get ready.
