The anticipation of spring inspired Meagan Eagles, a wedding planner and owner of Weddings Tied With Lace, to create this colourful confetti-filled wedding shoot. "I have been craving colour and sunshine lately, and would love to see a wedding take advantage of colour for once," she says.

The Art Gallery of Hamilton was the perfect place to showcase this kaleidoscope of neon and pastel-hued wedding must-haves. "With two walls of pure white adjacent two walls of 17-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, I knew that a bright and fun palette would really pop," explains Meagan. Her vision came to life through the juxtaposition of bold details set against simple backdrops. Pastel-hued desserts and candies popped atop a white sequinned tablecloth while rainbow-hued blooms and oversized confetti added whimsy to reception tables.

"My all time favourite shot is the one of our model, Marcy, throwing confetti into the air," says Meagan. "Every bride should get a photo of herself doing that!"
