This afternoon we're off to the rugged West of Ireland for a truly atmospheric engagement shoot.

Alexis and Emmanuelle braved four seasons in a day, rugged landscapes and secluded beaches allowing Thierry from Pretty Days to capture some magnificent images of the lovely pair.

The wilderness suits them too; they both look very at home amongst the greenery.

The images of them getting ready together are very touching too, there is a tenderness between the pair which shines through in every image.

Alexis & Emmanuelle:We feel lucky to live here in Ireland, in the middle of rich preserved landscapes. Alexis had the idea for this engagement session in Connemara, a wonderful opportunity for Emmanuelle to discover the Irish countryside few weeks after she moved here. We prepared for this moment with passion and attention in order to let ourselves drift away during this journey. The day was magical. We were immersed in gigantic and intimate nature, wandering in magnificent landscapes, enjoying an incredible diversity of scenery. We met sun, wind, rain, all seasons in one day, that is typical in Ireland and perfect to reveal the real nature of Connemara. After this enchanted interlude we are back to focus on the other magical moment of this year.
