One of the things I love most about our real weddings is that we get to experience so many expressions of faith and devotion through our brides and grooms. Though we don't subscribe to any one religion or path of worship here, DIY Bride always welcome submissions that do include information about the couples' faith/church/house of worship if they choose to include that information. It's just one of the many fascinating and special details that makes a couple - and their wedding - so unique and special. So, when we received this submission with a couple of Mormon faith, it is lovely to include their day amongst our very fine collection of real weddings.

In the words of photographers, Kimbry Studios:

Esther and Taylor were married in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple Reception In Idaho Falls, Idaho Decorated. They sourced and, with the bride and her family, built almost everything. Esther wanted a very rustic and DIY feel to her wedding- sourced barn and old house doors were brought from Missouri, vintage sheet music were the popcorn cups, Taylor (her fiance!) build the "Live Laugh Love" birdhouses, etc. Even her couture headpiece was made by her! The colors were blush, ivory, gold, and burlap (That's considered a color, right?! If not, it should be!) The bride was very glam rustic.
