Having recently opened a California office in San Luis Obispo, the crew at Karson Butler Events was excited to design an editorial to showcase this gorgeous region + their new stomping grounds! Aiming to prove that ranch + vineyard weddings don't always have to be overly rustic, they infused the setting at Biddle Ranch House with a sense of elegance that just can't be beat.

Emily of Karson Butler says, When designing, we found inspiration in what is already present at the venue - no need to overcomplicate an already gorgeous backdrop! For this shoot, we kept our design plan simple and clean and used olives, greens, blush tones, wood, slate + wicker as our overarching palette. We love San Luis Obispo for its fabulous scenery; great wine and amazing people and think it is a perfect place for a celebration!

If this ceremony site doesn't scream modern elegance, we don't know what does! The vintage theatre style ceremony seating + antique cowhide rugs turned aisle runners from Found Vintage Rentals were key in bringing it all to life.

Noonan's Designs crafted the most perfect florals for the occasion. We're majorly crushing on that lush protea bouquet!

A relaxed dinner al fresco is exactly what we picture when we envision a California evening wedding.

Such gorgeous centerpieces. We love their whimsical, overgrown feel...

It just wouldn't be wine country without a stunning old barn!
