While we love, love, love wedding styles of all kinds, we have to say we're quite partial to the direction we've been seeing modern wedding trends go. Today's editorial is the perfect example, filled with clean-lined marble + copper details, and the brains behind the beauty, Liberty of Lady Liberty Events, tells us more about how she dreamt up this stylish scene below:
I have an undying love and relationship with Carrera marble... To me it's a timeless design element that will never get old; never looks dated, and will NEVER be out of style. I also have a secret obsession with pampas grass. There is this little nook on one of my routes home that has this mesmerizing slope filled with fluffy pampas grass. Every time I drive by, I daydream about incorporating this into a wedding or event! Knowing that it has to be done properly and lushly I figured why not just create a setting to share with brides to be, for inspiration. I wanted to do a mixture of marble, wood, and copper and with the pampas grass being one of the supporting stars. I envisioned a venue that had natural surroundings with lush trees, mountain backdrops, and grassy fields but that also had some romantic architecture. Klentner Ranch had the ideal combo of rolling acres, charming architecture, cascading mountain views and lets add a barn area to just top it all off! The landscaping was perfection, and we were lucky enough to have the most amazing overcast day that truly provided a sultry and dreamy vibe all around. I wanted to create something that wasn't completely feminine but that had the groom in mind as well. This is where the wood and copper and some of the geo shapes came into play. We found copper piping bits from the hardware store that I knew would be the ultimate taper candle-holders, adding in a unique and masculine touch.Let's see how it all turned out in Braedon Flynn Photography 's gorgeous captures...
To set the right tone, Prim & Pixie designed a copper, gray + marble invite suite, with a beautifully calligraphed envelope by Calligraphy Nerd.
The bride looked lovely in two very stunning Sarah Seven dresses, with inspiring hair + makeup looks by Fiore Beauty.

We used the song "Only Love" by Ben Howard as our inspiration behind the couples love story, incorporating the words into the cake topper, invitations and specialty cocktail. The song really does sum up the emotion and overall vibe we were trying to create with this extraordinarily fun shoot.
