There Is Hope For Josh

When Hope & Josh told me they wanted to have their engagement photos at a campsite, I was all for it. Their goal was to replicate their favorite activity, camping. We got a late start on Friday, but still managed to get some great photos in the eucalyptus grove and wandering around the campground. Twilight came quickly so with the light fading, I had my son Dylan hold my SB900 flash with the Cactus V5 triggering it to get some backlit photos. When you show a client things that aren’t typically possible with a camera phone/point and shoot camera, they tend to be amazed. This is what keeps me ahead of the competition and the emerging class of sub-par “I just got a DSLR and now I’m going to start a blog” photographers out there.
