Sara + David’s Blue & Green Vintage Wedding

Sara + David’s Blue & Green Vintage Wedding

A candle lit church ceremony sounds wonderfully romantic doesn’t it?  Well it may not have been the first choice for Sara and David, who found themselves surrounded by candlelight after storms knocked down trees and power lines that left their chapel without power.  Luckily for this super twosome, their happiness was bright enough to shine over a pesky little detail like power.  With the help of some friends, including Henry Photography, every candle cast a gloriously romantic glow on the beginning of a fantastic DIY wedding!

When you have some amazingly talented friends, like a florist and a coordinator on your buddy list, you know the dreamy ambiance from the chapel will just follow Sara + David.  With all of the florals arranged by Matthew Mayle into thrifted blue, green, and white centerpieces the blooms of the same summery colors just added the perfect feminine and casual touch.  Naming the tables after some their favorite blooms was another sweet touch, and coordinator pal Dale Grinstead did a fantastic job adding to fun with blue and green lanterns and lighting!

From the darkest corner of the church to the brightest bloom, Henry Photography has captured every sweet little vintage Sara and David worked so hard on.  Thank you Henry Photography for sharing this lovely day.  Congratulations Sara and David!
