Not sure if you noticed, but we've been on a bit of a neon kick lately. We've worked our way through the rainbow, covering orange, pink and green eye makeup in an effort to mentally prepare ourselves for spring and all of its colorful glory. Well, we're not done just yet. We've got one more neon shade to throw on, and this one's a doozy! Check out this killer neon eyeliner look that has us OBSESSED, courtesy of makeup extraordinaire Alana Dawn.

Step 1: Prep eyelids with an eye primer. Using neon blue eyeliner (Dawn used NYX Vivid Brights Liner in Vivid Sapphire), line the upper lash line and wing the ends slightly. Thicken the line to your liking.

Step 2: Using a bright blue eye shadow shade (like "Chaos" from the Urban Decay Electric Palette) and an angled shadow brush, line the lower lid and gently buff out the color.
