Keira Knightley was spotted at the London Film Festival Premiere of her latest movie “A Dangerous Method” in London, England on Monday (October 24). A Dangerous Method tells the story of the intense relationship between Carl Jung and Sigmund Freud and the birth of psychoanalysis. At the event Keira wore a cut-out Roksanda Ilincic Resort dress. Her calf length dress with a criss-cross bodice and keyhole detail was styled with a super slick side parted bun.
