Choosing the right person to make your wedding video is important. This is one area that, if you choose to skimp, you will regret. Not everyone who hangs out a shingle claiming to be wedding videographers are as good as they claim. The best of the best are those who take their commitment to wedding cinematography as seriously as Spielberg or Scorsese does a multimillion dollar movie.

1. How many weddings have they completed? What types of story today tell with their videos? This gives you an idea of the person's experience. It also let you know about their viewpoint as a storyteller. It is at this time that you also should ask to view samples of their most recent work.

2. What is the videographers' favorite style? Many videographers choose either documentarian are cinematic with a few doing the "fly on the wall" perspective, made popular by reality TV shows.

3. Will he/she coordinate with a wedding photographer ? Does the company have their own wedding photographer?
