Amelia and Paul took to the streets of Adelaide for their fun engagement shoot. Their aim was to get comfortable in front of the camera and overcome their lens shyness! Photographer Dave from Luke Simon Photography knew all the right tricks and captured these fun photographs around Adelaide CBD.

How did Amelia and Paul meet? Well, as most great loves do, it started with friendship. Amelia and Paul telling, "We met at University where their respective courses had an overlapping field trip. We spent the nights sitting by the campfire sharing stories and a great friendship was sparked."

The proposal was simple, sweet and very intimate. The couple remembering, "Paul took Amelia out for dinner to one of their favourite Italian restaurants. After a great meal the couple returned home and were enjoying a night-cap on the couch when Paul pulled out a small chocolate box. As Amelia opened the box Paul asked 'the' question and with great excitement, Amelia said 'yes'!"

On what they love about each other, Amelia and Paul tell, "Paul loves Amelia's constant enthusiasm and smile. Amelia loves Paul's sense of adventure."

Of their engagement photos, Amelia tells, "We wanted an opportunity to get to know our photographer and feel comfortable in front of the camera, Paul was feeling very camera-shy. It was also a fantastic chance to get some amazing shots in a different setting than our wedding location and in non-wedding attire."
