For something completely different, photographer Sarah Churcher sent along this inspiration at Australia's largest Cactus Garden ( Cactus Country). With everybody loving unique and interesting locations, I couldn't go past something with so much visual interest!

Hiring different wedding gowns and working with a florist ( Camberwell Market Florist) and hair & makeup artist ( Iconique Hair and Makeup) to create completely different looks, Sarah played off the incredible textures and play of light to create a different kind of wedding inspiration shoot.

Sarah says, " I put together a team of wedding professionals for a photographic shoot in Australia's largest cactus garden - an incredible location that simply could not be ignored when I drove past it on my way home from a wedding late last year. I wanted to inspire my brides to think outside of the box when it came to selecting locations for their photography. I also wanted to suggest some new ways of dressing and accessorising as a bride."

Cactus Country set the scene for the shoot, located at Strathmerton, Victoria. Sarah remarks,"John and the team at the Cactus Country were amazing, so kind and inviting. They gave us complete freedom in their spectacular garden to capture everything and anything we wanted. We were extremely spoilt for choice!"

Camberwell Market Florist created unique floral arrangements for the shoot using plenty of greenery. Sarah notes, "My goodness Nic at Camberwell Market Florist is just simply the best in the business. I had seen his beautiful arrangements at a previous wedding I photographed and I was ecstatic when he joined the project. Nic's bouquets were original and stunning. Exactly what we were after."

Hair and Makeup was by the team at Iconique Hair and Makeup, says Sarah, "They met us on the day at our accommodation and were absolutely brilliant - the results speak for themselves! I must mention here that the day we completed this shoot was 40+ degrees, which could have been a disaster for the hair and make up but our lovely Victoria looked as fresh at the beginning of the shoot as she did at the end."
