The woodland is currently being cleared to create a circular wedding ceremony space, a bridge over the pretty stream is being built and a ceremony arch will create a beautiful backdrop on this space.

A beautiful secluded woodland and meadow on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells in Kent. Beautiful bluebell woods with stream and clearing for a woodland blessing, stunning open lake with treehouse soon to be converted and a pretty meadow for glamping (Toilets and showers on site)

Set amidst hundreds of acres of glorious rolling countryside and within extensive areas to hold your event, the venue offers an ideal backdrop for your wedding photography and flexibility for your wedding, which is rarely experienced with other venues.

Individual pricing options:

* Meadow and woodland (Ceremony space and seating included) £2500
* Use of barn £750
* Front of house lawn and lake £3000
* Glamping £10 per pitch or bespoke glamping villages available to hire from £200 per tent.

FESTIVAL BRIDES PACKAGE = £4000

* Use of land (woodland ceremony & glamping meadow - Including toilets/showers)
* On the day coordination (x 2 staff members)
* Supplier sourcing and advice
* Styling and creative direction plan

Important Notes:

* 50 camping pitches available
* Dogs welcome with prior consent
* Fire pits available to hire (no camp fires)
* Toilet block with showers and washing up area
* No caravans or motorhomes
* Drinking water and 3 phase electricity available from barn
* Music off by 11pm (Strict due to outdoor venue)
* Car parking is available but limited.
* Venue plans to be licensed for civil ceremonies by 2015
