"Our wedding was planned to take place on July 20, 2013 but our original venue was devastated by the Calgary flood and unable to host our wedding," explains Amber. After calling and emailing numerous venues, Amber and Vaughan were excited to discover that the Canadian Pacific Railway Pavilion was still available. After doing a walk-through of the venue and marveling at its 12-metre-high glass rotunda with beautiful marble floors, the couple immediately went into full planning mode to redesign their wedding in just three weeks.

The couple says on their big day, the results were nothing short of astounding. "Our vision was to have our friends and family to come together to celebrate our union while enjoying great food," shares Amber. Not only was this vision entirely realized, it came to life in a new and completely unique setting filled with old-world charm. "We would not change a single thing about that day!" Amber says.
