We're beyond excited to share this one with you...

*Drumroll please*

It's our brand new Bridal Musings Photoshoot!

Not only does it feature lots of our favourite things (peonies, cookies, cocktails and lipstick) but it also features lots of our favourite people too.

As you saw with our behind-the-scenes preview last week, we worked with some of the very best UK vendors on this shoot, and we're so excited to share their work with you all.

Our colour palette was a playful mix of reds, pinks and corals, along with a few touches of sparkle (and more than a few hearts!). We think our stylist Louise Beukes of B.loved said it best, when she described this shoot as "Basically, we're bringing Bridal Musings to life."

Welcome to our world!

With oh-so-pretty photography by Marianne Taylor Photography, (if you're a regular reader, you'll know what a big fan we are of hers!), the oh-so-lavish backdrop of the Institute of Contemporary Arts, London, and of course, the oh-so-fabulous styling of Louise Beukes, we had the makings of a rather gorgeous photoshoot.

The Nash and Brandon Rooms at The ICA were the perfect blank canvas with period charm. As we admired the high ceilings, intricate cornicing and lovely light from the French doors, we all kept imagining what a perfect venue it'd be for a chic city wedding!

We thought it was high time we had some snaps of Team Bridal Musings together, so to get us looking 'camera ready' we enlisted the help of dream styling duo: Mariam Jensen on make-up and Sev of Hepburn Collection on hair to work their magic.

Liz from Blue Sky Flowers wowed us with her bright, beautiful blooms and a giant faux floral heart. While The Sweet Hostess provided glittering gold sequin linens.

Our shoot was filled with a plethora of sugary treats including an epic ombre red velvet cake by Olofson Design, printed heart cookies by Nila Holden Artisan Cakes and Cookies that would make perfect wedding favours. As well as delicious rose and vanilla macarons and pistachio topped, pillow-soft marshmallows from Anges De Sucre. *Drools*

(Who has just opened a beauteous boutique in Kensington, London that is a MUST-visit when in town.)

Feast your eyes on all kinds of pretty, (and a few shots of us!) and do let us know what you think...

Elizabeth enjoying some of our personalised Nila Holden cookies from our dessert table!

In love with love...well, we are a wedding blog for hopeless romantics.

Ombre red velvet cake anyone? Yum!

How cute would this flower heart be as a ceremony backdrop?

Mid-afternoon tipples - just another day at the Bridal Musings office!

Macarons and make-up? This might be our dream dressing table.

Claire looks this glam at the office every day - honest!

With Elizabeth working out of a suitcase on her travels, it's not often we get to sit down for a good natter!

Thanks so much to Marianne Taylor Photography, Louise Beaukes, ICA London, and all the amazing vendors involved in our shoot, we're so pleased with how it all came together.

And our 'about page' is the prettiest it's ever looked!

Hanging out in the company of so much talent, we hit up the experts for some DIY tutorials while we were there, so stay tuned over the next few weeks, for pretty hair accessories and gorgeous decor ideas.

Please show some love for these wonderful vendors in the comments below.
