Have you ever imagined what it would be like to go to a real French wedding?

Getting ready in the eves of an old farm house, surrounded by antiques and old photographs. Then spending your day dodging gentle rain, surrounded by friends and laughter, wine and cheese.

Juliette and David's beautiful wedding is the epitome of a chic, yet rustic, family affair in the French countryside, where gorgeous style, great food and good company came together.

With a palette of greys and yellows, there was a modern twist on an otherwise classic wedding.

Providing the rustic charm were baby's breath bundles, dotted about, while South of France staples, Champagne, Fois Gras and Beef Chateaubriand took centre stage on the table.

And in the centre of it all, this gorgeous, smiling pair, David, looking dapper in his jaunty bow tie, and Juliette, a beautiful bride in a Delphine Manivet dress, complete with an oh-s0-chic pussy bow at the back.

Entirely simple, yet utterly smart, this fun, family affair at Juliette's family home is a celebration of all that's wonderful in Southern French culture.

I love how effortlessly chic it all looks - and I just adore Juliette's fabulous lace dress.
