I Propose | Elaborate on how the two of you met.

We met through mutual friends at a braai in 2008.It was in 2009 that we started speaking because another guy was trying to flirt with me and well l was looking for a way out l came across him laughing at me trying to get out of this situation. l decided to go up and speak to him .This was nerve racking for mebecause he is Afrikaans. I am just an English girl, still at school. I was so nervous on our first date that l spoke the entire time.If you ask him he will tell you that's when he knew....

I said Yes | How did the proposal go down.

He took me away and had surprised me with an Elephant experience, a big dream of mine. As we arrived I saw the elephants and knew this was going to be a special day. We spent time with many elephants. It was after that the owner came to ask us if we would like to walk with the Elephants. I was in 7th heaven. As we were walking the owner said to me the Elephant has something to give you, it was a basket. I took the lid off and there was a ring box. As l looked up he was on his knee asking me to marry him whilst being surrounded by Elephants .I didn't even let him finish with the proposal before l said YES!

The Big Day | Tell us the most memorable moment of your wedding day.

The ceremony, I was so excited. as the chapel doors opened I saw him and started to cry, he was crying too. I knew that was the man l would spend the rest of my life with. I loved every part of our ceremony, we had the best Reverend ,our vows were traditional and we had everybody we loved in one room, there to support us. It was such a romantic and loving setting.

Our special day was filled with love, laughter, blessings and romance was our setting!
