Baking is not exactly my cup of tea, but I often have a sweet tooth. What's more, I much prefer homemade pastries so I sometimes need to force myself to summon up the strength and prepare something sweet.

After Simon's Frighteningly Chocolate Cookies, I started looking for some refreshing taste in my baking recipes. I really needed something light and fluffy. When I found Dorothy's (who's Crazy For Crust) Lemon Meringue Pie Fudge, I knew that's the one I had been looking for. Actually, there's no baking process involved so even better for me.
