This morning's wedding definitely brings a touch of class to your Friday morning. Bath is such an elegant city - it's just quintessential Georgian England and Louise & Sam's wedding embraces it whole heartedly.

Firstly, the subtle dusky pink and sage green colour scheme works in perfect harmony with their stunning venue of choice - The Assembly Rooms. And the blooms from Flowers by Passion would be worthy of any Georgian High Tea. Then there's Louise herself channeling her inner Jane Austen heroine in Baroque by Suzanne Neville.

The TwoBirds Bridesmaids dresses even make a nod to Bath's Roman heritage in their grecian design!

Not only is this wedding a testament to the beautiful city of Bath - but also to our Love Lust List supplier directory. Louise used RMW to plan her big day and so we're absolutely thrilled to be sharing it, we always love seeing the work of our recommended suppliers. And once again, they've all done a great job!

Louise the Bride:I have never really had a dream dress in mind for my wedding day and so I found Carina Baverstock Couture in Bradford in Avon a fantastic place to find my perfect dress. They were brilliant at helping me find the style that suited me and offered a lot of advice after understanding the style of wedding we were hoping for.

After trying on a number of dresses I quite quickly fell in love with the Suzanne Neville dresses. They are all so beautiful with their gorgeous corsetry and stunning lace and quickly narrowed it down to two of her dresses. I decided upon Suzanne Neville's Baroque dress as it felt amazing on and I loved the unusual silk lace design and the button and keyhole detailing on the back. I also chose my vintage headpiece from Carina Baverstock with their help and I really liked the individuality of the pearls and antique brooches used in the design.

I didn't think I wanted a veil but after trying one on it made me feel more bridal so I opted for a simple long veil so as not to detract too much from the detail on the dress. In the evening I added a jewelled sash to the dress and bustled the train for a different look.

To start with I was just looking for traditional cream wedding shoes but after a shopping trip with one of my Bridesmaids I saw a fabulous pair of Jimmy Choo shoes in silver and gold. As Sam is tall they gave me the extra height I was looking for and were really comfortable. As they don't look like typical bridal shoes I have worn them several times for our friends weddings and they are a reminder of our special day.

I went to Melanie Giles salon with my Bridesmaids on the morning of the wedding and they styled all our hair. Annabella was fantastic on the day doing the make up for me and my Bridesmaids. I went for a similar style of make up that I would do usually myself but Annabella made my skin look so much more polished and it lasted all day and night. She was also very calming to have with us on the morning when we were getting ready.

Sam didn't want the traditional morning suit and wanted a tailored suit for the day that he could wear again. He went for a 3 piece suit in navy which is his favourite colour. He went for a crisp white shirt and a navy tie with subtle white dots. The grooms party all had matching ties and wore their own navy suits as we wanted them to feel comfortable on the day. They all wore antique pink rose buttonholes to tie in with the bridesmaids.

Whilst we live in London we are both originally from the Bath area and so we were keen to get married there. We looked at a selection of venues and originally thought that we wanted a country house style venue. When we went to look at the Bath Assembly Rooms we knew it would be perfect and something a bit different from other venues we had seen.

We were keen to have the ceremony and reception in the same venue and The Assembly Rooms had 3 beautiful historic rooms we could use, all with stunning chandeliers and Georgian period features. As we had a lot of people travelling from London location worked perfectly as it is in the city centre and our guests really got to experience Bath.

The staff at the Assembly Rooms were so professional and helped us plan our day and everything ran so smoothly we didn't need to worry about anything on the day itself. Once we had chosen our venue we felt that a traditional and antique feel suited the venue style the best. As the venue was so beautiful we didn't want any colours that would overpower the decor and distract from the rooms features. We used a lot of brushed gold/silver/bronze for our accessories such as frames for table names and thank you signs. The vintage glass bottles and candelabra for the flowers carried this theme throughout the rooms.

The dusky pink we had for the bridesmaids dresses continued in the flowers, table plan and wedding cake. We wanted the look to tie together without being over the too by matching everything. In the bar area we had a table with a polaroid camera and the guests had fun taking pictures and writing us messages in our guestbook. We also had a cigar bar set up with a selection of cigars for the boys to enjoy after the band finished their first set. We made a framed sign for "Sam's Cigar Bar" and arranged the cigars in wooden cigar boxes we bought from eBay. This proved to be very popular with the male guests at our wedding.

We chose Flowers by Passion who have a fantastic barn near Bath. We didn't know much about flowers but Ron at Passion was great at understanding the feel of the wedding we were going for and gave us lots of inspiration and ideas. We trusted his judgement and we were delighted with what he did for us on the day. My bouquet was made up of ivory and antique pink roses with light greenery. It had the soft slightly unstructured look we were looking for.

As the rooms in the venue were so beautiful we didn't feel it needed to much decoration so we just chose details to compliment the features in the building. As the ceiling is so high in the Tea Room where we had our reception, we felt that tall centrepieces would compliment this nicely. We chose candelabras with rings of our wedding flowers around the base. Using tea lights with tinted glass holders in the candelabra created a lovely ambience in the room in the evening. On the mantelpieces in the ceremony rooms and reception room we had vintage glass bottles with single stems of our wedding flowers. Our table names were places in London that meant something to us and we made them by framing pictures of each place which had aged by editing in sepia. Our table plan was handmade using a vintage style picture frame, luggage tags, lace and wooden pegs from eBay.

Sam's Dad is well known for his home brewed fruit spirits and we knew very early on that we wanted him to make this for our favours. When we set a date for the wedding Ted started brewring summer fruit gin and vodka and bottled this for us in mini bottles we got from a store on eBay. We got labels made up online and finished these off with luggage tags which also acted as place names for the tables. The mini bottles went down extremely well and quickly got drunk by our guests!

I had three of my best friends as my Bridesmaids and had a fun day in London trying lots of styles of dresses in different shops. We made an appointment with TwoBirds in Covent Garden after seeing them in a bridal magazine and we all loved the way they could be tied in different ways to create different looks. We decided on the knee length style in a gorgeous dusky pink which I felt went best with the style of the day and went well with the navy suits that the grooms party were wearing. Before the wedding the girls came over to my flat and we had an evening trying different styles of wearing the dress with a bottle of bubbly which was lots of fun. We chose pretty gold sandals from Dune which had the perfect heel height to wear all day.

We wanted our ceremony to be serious but fun in the right places. I walked down the aisle to a musical version of Adele's Make Me Feel Your Love and we walked out to "Mrs Robinson" by Simon and Garfunkel. As Mrs Robinson is my married name we felt it was apt and made our guests laugh as we made our exit. We had two readings in the ceremony which were read by our friends James and Sarah. The first reading was from Captain Corelli's Mandolin and our second reading was adapted from "I like You" by Sandol Stoddard Warburg.

We had a band called The Chip Shop Boys from Cheltenham, they were absolutely fantastic, great fun and the perfect choice for us. We chose "Yellow" by Coldplay as our first dance and the band quickly changed the mood by going straight into "Get Lucky" by Daft Punk which got the party going. As well as flip flops for tired feet, we also provided glow sticks for our partying guests. Between sets the band DJ'd for us as well so the music didn't stop all night and they kept the dancefloor full and took requests which is exactly what we wanted.

The Assembly Rooms have Searcys as their caterers. Their menus were great and offered us flexibility to adapt the food to suit us. We chose smoked salmon for starters, braised beef for main and for dessert we had Eton Mess which is my favourite. We chose a selection of canapés that unfortunately we never got to try on the day but our guests told us the were excellent!

My wedding cake was made by one of my best friends Sarah who is an extremely talented cake maker. We had fun choosing the design for the cake and used Pinterest to get ideas. I knew I liked the frill iced design and we had 3 tiers of sponge, one vanilla, one lemon and one chocolate. It looked beautiful and tasted as good as it looked. For our evening buffet we had a cheese board and served our wedding cake.

Photos are very important to me so I spent a while looking for a photographer with the style I was looking for. After seeing some real weddings on Rock My Wedding by Helen Cawte, I was taken by the way she captured the weddings so beautifully. When we first met her we knew we had made the right decision as she knew exactly what we wanted and made us feel relaxed which was perfect as Sam and I are rather camera shy! On the day she was so professional and captured every moment of our day perfectly. We are so delighted with the photos and we cannot recommend her highly enough!
