#172: Shibori

I love love love this board! Blue is set to be one of the hottest colours for 2015, with Pantone selecting a number of shades for their Spring predictions. I've picked a selection of warm blues with a hint of green for this board to tie in with the 'shibori' theme. Shibori, or tie dye is an update on the ombre and watercolour trends of the past few seasons, and I love it because it's quick, easy and totally do-able for the DIY bride too! There are many methods to creating shibori, resulting in so many different patterns and shades of colour it's a really fun trend to play with - think stamps, patterns, and details in shades of blue and smoky grey to tie it all together.
