I do love Paris, Provence, Dordogne and many of the other popular areas of France for weddings, but when I receive a submission from a lesser known area, my heart does a little skip! That is exactly what happened when Joke and Ben's romantic engagement session in Normandy by Carina plus David, dropped into my inbox.

The couple Joke and Ben are getting married next year, and in between their jobs, renovating a house and all the rest, they are busy preparing their big day.

The couple realised the time pressures on their big day, as things get a little crazy and hectic, so they decided to have a love shoot on a beautiful location, where it could be all about them and their love for each other.

After a long search they came across the beautiful village Etretat in Normandy and decided that would be the perfect backdrop for their photo shoot. They loved the high cliffs, the blue of the sea and the white beaches. They thought it would be the perfect place to have their true love captured.

Carina plus David said: " When they asked us as their photographers to come along with them to this beautiful place, we couldn't be any happier and enthusiastic.

It turned out to be three days of fun, laughter, and a lot of love. We definitely made new friends and can't wait to capture their wedding day."
