Lovebirds | How did you two meet?

Mehul & I have known each other all our lives, we are both from Louis Trichardt, a beautiful mountainous town in Limpopo. Mehul has loved me since he was 3, however, our journey together only started in college. It definitely was a case of meant to be. We knew instantly that we would spend our lives together.

I said Yes | How did the proposal go down?

Mehul had taken me out for a romantic dinner, the location was undisclosed. We then ended up at the Westcliff Hotel in Johannesburg (currently known as The Four Seasons) - It was a beautiful setting followed by the most romantic proposal of 100 reasons why he fell in love with me written on cards. By the time I was done reading it, Mehul was on his knees, in tears proposing.

The Big Day | Tell us the most memorable moment of your wedding day?

The most memorable moment of our wedding day was experiencing the sheer happiness and joy within and towards each other, the beautiful setting set the tone for the excitement and sheer joy experienced by our families, friends and guests.

I Quote | Describe in one sentence your wedding day

Our Wedding day was a magical, fantasy, romantic, breathtaking, coming together of friends and family to celebrate us spending our lives together.

Forever & Always | Any advice for future brides

Proper planning is very essential so that on the day you can relax, enjoy and soak it all in. Don't sweat the small stuff - no one wants to be around a bridezilla and no one wants to be remembered that way either. Compromise - What better way to start then before the wedding. You will deal with a lot of opinions but in the end remember the essence of your special day!
