After years of honing her craft with top design houses including Comme des Garçons and Ralph Lauren, it's no wonder why Tomomi Okubo's lovely gowns were spotted at New York International Bridal Week 2015. Currently her designs are available exclusively through her online shop and are made to order, allowing for custom skirt lengths and other key changes that can make or break a dress-buying experience!
