One of our favorite venues (and one of our top 20!), Texas' The White Sparrow, is the perfect backdrop for a bridal session with the lush surrounding grounds and the varying interior textures and spaces. Phoenix photographer Nicole Berrett and the floral designers of Stems of Dallas set out to create a look to illustrate rich southern heritage- The strong presence of a wooden farmhouse chairs echoes the sweet, southern charm in the open corridor of The White Sparrow Barn. While, the tufted, velvet sofa used in the bridal suite is a place that reminds us of stories shared by those we hold dear. As a team, we wished to capitalize on the height and depths of the barn's rich structure and its surroundings. A textured, neutral palette was chosen for the bride and her bouquet as a contrast to the deeper earth tones found in the smaller, yet dreamy elements of The White Sparrow Barn."
