If music be the food of love, play on! Simoné and Estiaan's wedding day is a delightfully charming song. The young couple exchanged vows on a gloomy day in Verkykerskop. Luckily, the visible love between these two can brighten the darkest of skies.

Photographed by Those Photos Photography, the lovebirds' mutual adoration was captured effortlessly. Simoné tells us how their story began...

Lovebirds | How did you two meet?

We have mutual friends, so we have known about each other for quite a while. We bumped into each other from time to time on TUKS campus. In July 2013 he asked me for a coffee. We had a cup at Aroma and that was it, for both of us.

I said Yes | How did the proposal go down?

We had a picnic in Kaapschehoop, which is close to my hometown, Nelspruit. Estiaan organised with out American friends to buy and bring back my dream guitar from the U.S. I freaked out when I saw a martin guitar case. When I opened the guitar case the guitar was missing (I had to hide my disappointment here), but the ring was inside of the guitar case. I said YES!! After all the excitement Estiaan also told me that the guitar is in the car.

The Big Day | Tell us the most memorable moment of your wedding day?

My husband choreographed a flash mob for me.
Oh and my brother in law gave a killer speech, had everyone in tears.

Remember that even though people tell you that the day is about you - it is not, it is so much bigger than your pretty dress and the cake. Pray about it - pray that you will see the bigger picture and be extremely grateful for the fact that God has given you your husband.
