We know lots of you are currently planning for your engagement session, and we wouldn't be surprised to hear your nerves are getting the best of you! For so many couples who haven't taken professional photos before, the process can seem daunting, but today's gorgeous, laid back love session - part of the Forage & Fern workshop with Magnolia Rouge - is all about creating a natural, free flowing environment. Forgoing staged photos for more relaxed poses, photography tutor, Tec Petaja, guided Kt Crabb and the other workshop attendees to capture gorgeous portraits that truly showcased the sweet personalities of Casey + Lionel from Tigers in the Sky.

We're loving Casey + Lionel's style! Casey's supplemented her wardrobe with a few pieces from Hack with Design and a messy topknot and natural makeup by Jess Wilcox completed her look.

Kt Crabb shares, Type A Society stepped in to add some unique elements to the ocean side landscape. Ultimately we learned the art of taking a step back from directing a session and letting the couple interact uninterrupted. The result were beautiful moments, true laughter and sweet smiles.
