I visited the stunning French Riviera exactly this time last year and I was truly blown away, it is one of the most stunning places I have ever visited. Not only is the scenery awe-inspiring over on the Mediterranean coast of southeastern France but this perfect wedding destination is full of wonderful wedding venues and suppliers and with its all year round weather this breathtaking part of France is certainly worth your consideration.

Today's nuptials of Silvia and Ryan give us a true insight about what this area of France can offer you and your guests. NKT Events will be walking us through thiselegant Côte d'Azurwedding...

"Silvia and Ryan were married in the South of France at the Chevre Dôr in Eze, a location which they fell in love with during their European travels over the past year. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, they were joined by friends and family from all over the world; Australia, Malaysia, China and France, just to name a few." "As guests were being seated, Silvia was preparing to enter the terrace wearing a lace Pronovias dress and being escorted by her father. When it was time for loved ones and friends to share their warm wishes and hopes during the ceremony, it was the best man that stole the show by reciting a non-conventional poem by Bob Marley, that started with the phrase, "He's not perfect. You aren't either, and the two of you will never be perfect."" "The guests were entertained by a local pianist during a two hour cocktail party where there was an endless amount of wine, cocktails and local cuisine prepared by the chef of the Chevre d'Or.""The reception took place at the Bastide St. Mathieu several hours later, allowing the guests to enjoy their time on the French Riviera. There was a second cocktail hour with delights such as cotton candy and sea urchin and were served light refreshments ranging from champagne to Pimms. The reception was set up on the terrace under soft stringed lights stretching from the 'maison' to the garden." "The first was an amazing French and Italian opera duo that sang popular songs such as "Nessun Dorma" and "Con te Partiro". Afterwards the groom surprised his bride by singing to her the romantic song "Wedding Vows" by Jamie Foxx." "Then following, friends of the couple surprised them with a dance video from all their friends in Malaysia, wearing face masks of Silva and Ryan during their choreographed routine.""After dinner was over, the guests were moved inside to the dance floor where the couple had a final surprise: a choreographed first dance that would have made the film 'Dirty Dancing' proud." "As the night closed to an end, guests were escorted out to prepare a line up to see the new couple off in one of the favorite send off styles, sparklers! The perfect ending to this overwhelming romantic and love filled day." Hilltop Chateau de la Chevre D'or Wedding Snapshot "Guests were treated to a four course dinner with wine from the St. Emillion region and for dessert, the couple opted for the traditional French croquembouche. During the dinner, the couple had arranged a few surprises to keep the guests entertained. "

"Once the couple said their I Do's, they were showered with white rose petals as they made their exit to the lush gardens of the Chevre d'Or for their first photo session."

This love filled wedding makes me want to hang festoon lighting up in the garden and dance the night away under the stars... dreamy!
