How about a festive wall hanging for the season? You only need a few supplies to create this modern hanging Christmas tree! Give it as a gift, too, and impress your friends with your DIY skills!

Materials:

- a dowel rod
- different colored threads
- greenery of your choice

Step No. 1: Break off sprigs of greenery. Tie one of the threads to the bundle, leaving the other end open for tying on to the dowel rod. // Step No. 2: Tie the string to the center of the dowel rod to begin the top of your tree. // Step No. 3: Begin tying the bundles at different lengths until the desired tree shape is formed. // TIP: We used about 35-40 bundles of greenery.
