They're Not Monkeying Around

Monday is not a normal day to get married. But these two were not normal. They were however, a LOT of fun. They insisted that their formal portraits be candid shots of them at an elementary school playground. So she got a permit and after the ceremony went to this school and they literally just played around for 30 minutes while I followed them around. He’s 6’4” and they both love basketball, so we did a variety of things with sports, swings, the slide, etc. I saw the monkey bars, and for whatever reason… this image just came to me. I know that sounds lame, but after suggesting it, they went for it. Now it took some time to get it all right in Photoshop, and it’s not perfect, but I know they’ll love it. Happy Tuesday to you.
