The world truly opens up to you when you are courageous and willing to take a risk (or two!) This time last month I was MISERABLE. I was grieving my dad's cancer diagnosis, struggling with my work, feeling stuck with some of the projects I was working on and not motivated in the slightest. I knew I'd eventually start to feel like myself again but I also knew I needed to do something just for me. So, on a whim, I started looking at flights to LA and messaged @galadarling and @nubbytwiglet to see if they were free to host their British BFF anytime soon... And now here we are! I've only been here two days so far and already I feel so much joy. The sunshine, the good times, the ridiculous laughing til we cry moments and alllllll the love. I'm so grateful to be here right now. If you're feeling sad or low my advice to you is to take a risk. Do something for you. Book that flight. Take a train somewhere. Hop in your car and have a mini adventure. You'll never regret doing something just for you
